JaMHappyHour Benefiting Sweet Relief
JaM Cellars loves music, it’s always been in our DNA. From festivals and live JaMSessions at our Napa wine & music studio to our virtual #JaMHappyHours on Facebook and Youtube. For a second year, we’ve renewed our commitment to support Sweet Relief Musicians Fund. In 2021, we raised $28,696 through monthly #JaMHappyHour performances benefiting Sweet Relief (featuring artists like G. Love, Lisa Loeb, Cassadee Pope, and Mondo Cozmo) co-branded merchandise, and viewer donations-helping hundreds of artists in need. We’re thrilled to continue our efforts by committing another $25,000 over the next 12 months and YOU can help! For every like, share or comment you make during a benefit show, JaM Cellars will donate $1, up to $2,500, per show. We couldn’t be more excited to connect you with delicious wines, great music and do a lot of good all while having a great time!
WHAT: #JaMHappyHour benefiting Sweet Relief is a virtual wine and music show, raising money for Sweet Relief Musicians Fund. We’ll be hosting an artist supporting or benefiting from Sweet Relief, with our delicious, mouthwatering wines: Butter by JaM Cellars—including Butter Chardonnay, ButterCans, Butter Cab, and Butter Bubbles—along with JaM Cabernet, Toast Sparkling, and Sugar Sweet White. Tune in to JaM with us, and JaM Cellars will donate $1 for every click, like, and share made during the show, up to $2,500 per show.
WHEN: We’re kicking off the renewed partnership during the year-end giving season on #GivingTuesday November 30th at 4pm PST. The schedule will repeat every month through 2022 and be hosted by iHeartRadio personality Jana Sutter, Music Director for stations in both the Top 40 and Adult Top 40 formats and over 25 years’ experience in the radio and voice industry. Check out the FB Live schedule here.
WHY: When John and Michele, the ”J” and the “M'' in JaM, launched JaM Cellars, they wanted to make accessible, easy-to-love wines for everyone. Much like sharing a bottle of wine connects people, so does music. Music has always been a part of JaM Cellars—at BottleRock Napa Valley music festival presented by JaM Cellars, JaMSessions in our downtown Napa wine & music studio, and on our virtual JaMHappyHours. There’s no better way to show our appreciation to the musicians and industry workers that have shared their talent and skills than by showing them the support they need.
HOW: JaM Cellars is renewing their partnership for a second year and committing a minimum of $25,000 over the next 12 months, pledging $2,500 per show, donating $1 for every like, share or comment. And everyone watching will also have the ability to click or text to donate directly to Sweet Relief. The shows also provide a paid performance opportunity for artists supporting or benefiting from Sweet Relief. Plus, we’ve created a dedicated JaM Cellars Sweet Relief merch where 100% of proceeds will go to Sweet Relief. Stay tuned for other ways we’ll be working with this amazing non-profit team to help our struggling live music industry. SWEET! Cheers & Applause!
